I don't doubt there's bad business sense involved--a few hints of that in the article. But they sound real, you know? Probably that quality and good business sense can be at odds, especially in a relatively low-margin business like restauranteuring (sic).

But mostly, I posted it because I more liked how the Jackie Mason quote played against the travel story I told in the last post! Unfortunately, I never tasted their sandwiches. But I've heard, I've heard.
